Serve in a Ministry

We encourage you not to rush into serving in a ministry when you join Hinson. It is good for us to learn how to just "be" rather than automatically "do". It is then surprising to see how much ministry comes out of knowing and loving one another. Serving is way for Hinson members to mutually edify one another and build each other up in the faith as we seek to serve one another in love.

If you would like specific information on a ministry, a great place to start is to contact the deacon or staff member who leads that particular ministry. You can find them listed on the landing page of the app, in the Newsletter, or in the back of your directory.

However, we still want to know how you would like to serve the body. This form will get the ball rolling. Different ministries may have different requirements, ie. you have to be attending for 6 months before you can serve in Children's Ministry. Once you fill this out, the appropriate ministry leader will contact you.
